Conditions of product change/return are as specified by the company. If the products are available, we will proceed with the delivery within 7-14 business days. If there is no product, we will inform for the replacement or order cancellation.
Refund will be processed when the products meet the change/return conditions or if there is no product for replacement. After the order is cancelled, the money will be refunded to credit card or customer’s bank account within 15 business day (with 3% refund fee).
If customer needs to change delivery address after receiving email of order confirmation, please contact our Call Center within 1 business day after the order via following channels:
