Product delivery and fee

The product delivery from the factory is free of charges nationwide

Except for islands and border areas

– Free delivery charge without minimum order.

– In Bangkok and perimeters, a product will be delivered within 3-7 days (business hours) after confirmation of the payment.

– In upcountry, a product will be delivered within 7-15 days (business hours) after confirmation of the payment.

– The company will deliver a product when customer receives an email of the payment confirmation.

– Product delivery will be processed by order number and ordered products. The same products may be separately delivered, depending on the product type as appropriate.

– In case of not receiving the product within 7 days after the company confirms the delivery, please contact by phone call at Contact Center 076 528 612 immediately.

– The product inspection shall be done immediately when you receive that product for your best benefit. If any mistake occurs, please reach Contact Center 076 528 612 immediately.

Remark:

– Delivery time is Monday- Saturday from 09.00 a.m. – 6 p.m.

– The product delivery is subject to horizontal transport with distance not exceeding 15 meters from a vehicle. In case of vertical transport such as a condominium unit, there will be additional service charges provided that a prior notice to the company is required.

– The company reserves right to make a change without prior notice.
