Microorganism Leavening

Contains various microorganisms not less than 80 types, and each type can product substances to promote environment suitable for growth of each other.These microorganisms can be categorized into following groups.

Group1: Lactic acid bacteria

Its major properties are to change glucose into lactic acid to balance the environment to be suitable for growth of useful microorganism to inhibit growth of disease microorganisms and those that cause waste water. Probiotic acts like useful organism that exist in gastrointestinal system of animals. It also enhances efficiency of immunity system of aquatic animals, so it plays a role in preventing gastrointestinal diseases.

Group2: Yeast

It promotes growth of other microorganisms (growth factor) for coexistence of other microorganisms in the environment to be more stable. It also produces aromatic substance.

Group3: Bacillus sp.

It is strong bacteria with ability to decompose organic matters effectively and produce antioxidants. Furthermore, it also reduces undesirable odors such as Hydrogen sulfide, H2S and ammonia etc.

Group4: Photosynthetic bacteria

It reduces undesirable odors with sulfur as component such as H2S, and this group of bacteria can draw H2S electron to process electron transmission in photosynthesis reaction.
