Condition of product change – return

  1. In case of product change, only the same product with a problem caused by it can be replaced.
  2. The company will not accept product change – return in case of used or installed product without a cause from that product.
  3. It must be a product ordered from escoreshopping.com only.
  4. The product is not damaged, or broken by a customer’s action, and it is unused and in good condition.
  5. The product received in any campaigns such as premium, redeemed product, etc. shall be returned along with the main product.
  6. Transport service fees and other service fees are not refundable.
  7. Change- return a product with a problem caused by itself will be examined under conditions of the company, and the manufacturer in any case. The company’s decision will be deemed final.
  8. The company will inform the consideration result. If it is not against the condition and there is a product to be replaced, the officer will contact you back to ask about channel of replacement- return along with the appointment date for new product acceptance.
