Condition of product change – return
- In case of product change, only the same product with a problem caused by it can be replaced.
- The company will not accept product change – return in case of used or installed product without a cause from that product.
- It must be a product ordered from escoreshopping.com only.
- The product is not damaged, or broken by a customer’s action, and it is unused and in good condition.
- The product received in any campaigns such as premium, redeemed product, etc. shall be returned along with the main product.
- Transport service fees and other service fees are not refundable.
- Change- return a product with a problem caused by itself will be examined under conditions of the company, and the manufacturer in any case. The company’s decision will be deemed final.
- The company will inform the consideration result. If it is not against the condition and there is a product to be replaced, the officer will contact you back to ask about channel of replacement- return along with the appointment date for new product acceptance.
